Delivery Policy

One rate, anywhere in Sri Lanka

Delivery is a flat Rs 450 to any address in Sri Lanka. It does not matter whether you are in Colombo or Jaffna, and it does not go up if you order more than one item — Rs 450 per order, every time.

The charge is shown at checkout before you confirm, so the total you see is the total you pay.

Welcome Deal items ship free. If your order includes a product marked Welcome Deal, delivery for the whole order is free, wherever you are in Sri Lanka.

How long it takes

We dispatch orders within 12 hours, and they are usually delivered 1 to 4 days after you order — order on the 1st and expect it between the 2nd and the 5th. The window for your order is shown at checkout and repeated in your confirmation email.

Pre-order items are dispatched within 7 to 14 days, as stated on the product page. A pre-order is delivered separately from anything in stock, so it carries its own delivery charge of Rs 450 — and if anything in your order qualifies for free delivery, every delivery in that order is free, the pre-order included.

Our courier calls the phone number on your order before arriving, so please give a number you can answer during the day.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery applies to Colombo 1 to Colombo 15 only. For addresses outside that area, please choose direct bank transfer at checkout.

If nobody is available

If the courier cannot reach you, they will try again. If a delivery fails repeatedly because the phone number is unreachable or the address is wrong, we may return the order to our store and contact you to arrange a redelivery, which may carry a further delivery charge.

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, call us straight away — we can usually correct it while the order is being packed.

Returns

The delivery charge is refunded only where the fault is ours — a faulty, damaged or wrong item. On a change-of-mind return it is not refunded, and the cost of sending the item back is yours. See our Refund Policy.
